My services are recommended for those navigating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, adverse childhood experiences, PTSD, and emotional disturbance — and for anyone seeking healing, growth, and transformation.
I offer several ways to work together that I expand on below:
Psychotherapy & Couples Therapy — somatic and attachment‑based therapy for individuals, couples, and groups. Sessions are available in person or online at my office in Germantown, NY. Also offering Psychedelic Integration Therapy to support people in processing or preparing for therapeutic psychedelic experiences.
Sound + Music Therapy — therapeutic sound and music, offered as stand‑alone sound baths or integrated into somatic and creative arts therapy.
Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) — a legal psychedelic‑assisted therapy that combines ketamine with psychotherapy to accelerate healing for anxiety, depression, and related challenges.
If you’re interested, you’re welcome to book a complementary intro consult. This is simply a chance to talk through your needs and explore which approach feels most supportive.
Work With Me.
INDIVIDUAL & COUPLES THERAPY
My individual work integrates attachment therapy, somatic awareness, expressive arts, and contemplative practices (mindfulness training and supported meditation) to address trauma, anxiety, and long‑standing patterns. Sessions move fluidly between sharing your story and engaging in somatic processes so both body and mind can participate in healing and growth. Learn more about all of these modalities in FAQ.
Somatic therapy is a body‑centered approach that helps you recognize how emotions and mental states show up physically. Together, we identify and gently release reactive patterns that may appear as tension, pain, unease, fear, anxiety, or chronic discomfort.
I bring a unique blend of experience as a music therapist, musician, meditation teacher, and trauma‑informed psychotherapist. I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) in New York and certified in DARe (Dynamic Attachment Re‑patterning) — a leading modality that integrates Somatic Experiencing with attachment‑based therapy.
I support couples in strengthening communication, building secure attachment, rekindling intimacy, repairing ruptures, and restoring trust. My approach combines somatic and attachment‑based therapy, helping partners understand how early attachment patterns shape adult relationships.
By recognizing how these patterns show up between you, couples can move toward greater maturity, stability, and connection — with less anxiety, avoidance, and disorganization. I specialize in working with couples navigating communication challenges, conflict, ruptures, parenthood, and issues related to addiction.
Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a legal, evidence‑based psychedelic treatment that can support people working through anxiety, depression, and other persistent emotional patterns. In my work, I combine KAP with somatic therapy, creative arts approaches, and contemplative practices to help clients access ketamine’s unique potential for nervous system regulation, emotional reset, and meaningful inner change.
I am an award‑winning Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider, and my background as a music therapist, musician, and meditation practitioner allows me to incorporate sound, breath, and somatic awareness into sessions in a way that supports depth, safety, and therapeutic impact.
I offer both individual and group KAP sessions, in partnership with the prescribing clinic Journey Clinical. I also welcome clients from MindBloom, Joyous, BetterYou, and similar programs who want Sound + Nature‑facilitated dosing and integration sessions to enhance and deepen their ketamine therapy process.
KETAMINE ASSISTED THERAPY
The Process
For the best and most lasting positive outcomes, it is recommended that Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) include 8 ketamine dosing sessions and integration sessions. The standard KAP package includes preparation sessions, guided dosing sessions, and integration sessions.
Preparation
Developing therapeutic relationship, setting goals and intentions, and preparing to customize the KAP experience for you.
Guided Ketamine dosing sessions (KAP)
The therapist will provide a customized set and setting for you to have an immersive psychedelic therapy experience.
Integration
Integration sessions to support you in integrating positive and lasting change from KAP sessions.
PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION
Real and lasting change happens in the integration process. Psychedelic experiences can open profound insights, but the true growth comes from making sense of those experiences and applying them in daily life. Integration therapy provides a safe, structured space to explore how these journeys have shaped your intentions, goals, and relationships.
In a 1‑hour session, we work together to process themes from prior psychedelic experiences — making sense of visions, understanding teachings or “road maps,” clarifying intentions, and identifying how to implement changes in ways that bring lasting benefit. My role is to help you anchor insights, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Integration therapy can be especially supportive for those navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, attachment issues, stress, or for anyone seeking to deepen connection with themselves and others.
SOUND + MUSIC THERAPY
Somatic sound and music therapy are integral to sound + nature’s offerings. Combined with Traditional or Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, or as a modality on its own, music and sound are powerful tools to support clients in a somatic therapy process
Calm the nervous system
Shift brain waives
Vibrating the body at a cellular level
Release stored emotions
I am trained in classical Indian music and utilize the Bansuri flute as well as other instruments to create a transformative environment that deepens the healing process. Clients are guided to receive therapeutic sound baths as well as to utilize their own voices to move through stuck places in their body through my signature Somatic Raga Singing approach.
I am a Board Certified Music Therapist and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with an office designated for providing music therapy and sound healing for all people.
“For me, the voice is the next frontier. Even after 25 years of working with my body and psyche through yoga, movement, bodywork, therapy, and inner selves, vocal work gives me access to places inside myself that I’ve never reached before. Through Raga singing with Eric, I’m able to touch deep-seated patterns and memories — and actually move them. The Ragas themselves awaken a profound longing to hear and sing those melodies and stories. It is an experience far beyond any typical practice.”
