Voice Dialogue Facilitation Training March 14-16 2025
For anyone interested in bringing parts work into their practice, you don’t have to wait to win the lottery to get into an IFS training! The “parts work” approach has no doubt been resoundingly brought to the front of psychotherapy by Internal Family Systems (IFS). Yet there is an earlier Jungian form called “Voice Dialogue” that works with the parts or “selves”. Voice Dialogue was developed by Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone in the 1970’s. The method differs from IFS in ways that can be more somatic and experiential, such as finding selves through embodied voice and tonality of the multitude of selves in the body.
We are lucky to have the leading exponent of Voice Dialogue coming to the Sound and Nature center in the Hudson Valley (Germantown) on March 14-16 for an intensive 17 CE weekend workshop. Bridgit Dengal Gaspard (LCSW) is a master teacher and practitioner of Voice Dialogue. The founding director New York Voice Dialogue Institute, Bridgit was trained directly by Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone.
