Description: This group is for anyone looking for somatic healing. Through singing and toning participants will harness the profound power of Indian Ragas for accessing the parts of the inner body landscape that cannot be accessed any other way (massage, bodywork, talking, analysis etc..). This practice can help you move through stuck places in the body/psyche, make contact with patterns and stories that need to grow, and embark on an emotionally healing journey. Participants will learn the basics of raga singing for personal practice, meditation, self care, and emotional release.
